We use USPS only currently. Domestic (U.S. only) ships with USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail and International orders ship with USPS Express Mail. We use Express Mail, because it offers tracking for the cheapest price compared to competitor shipping companies. This simply makes it better for us and the customer to know where their package is at any given time.
We ship Monday-Friday and typically ship within 24 hours unless it is a very large order or custom made order. In stock items ordered prior to 12:00 pm CST may go out the same day. Pre-ordered items have different shipping times. Their shipping terms are included in their order forms. Once received by us, pre-orders go out within 3 business days, but it may take them 1-4 months to be shipped to us by the manufacturer, so again, this is detailed in each pre-order's separate terms.
We will not reroute packages once they've been shipped. You must make sure you are sending your purchases to the correct address.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable or is refused, it will incur a 20% restocking fee and the cost of the item, minus shipping and the restocking fee, will be refunded. You need to make sure that the address you provide is the correct address.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, tariffs, etc. charged by their country. We will not pay for these fees. You need to know the laws and fees for your own country when purchasing an item. We will NOT alter customs documents or understate the value of a product to get you "a better deal" on customs fees. This is illegal and we will not participate in it, so do not ask us. If you do ask, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refuse to allow purchases from you again, so please, just play by the rules.
International shipping takes longer than domestic U.S. shipping. Therefore, expect approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your product.
Our return policy is 10 days. This time starts when you receive the product (yes, we track them). This time period is the same for pre-orders, because again, you have 10 days after you receive the product. You have 10 days to return the product to us and contact us to let us know the reason you're returning it. Returned items that are NOT exchanged incur a 20% restocking fee. See below for reasons that we will NOT ACCEPT a return.
- The product was received by you more than 10 days prior. (It shouldn't take more than 10 days to realize there's a defect, it's the wrong size, it's the wrong item, etc. )
- The product has been damaged.
- The product has been worn. (Tried on is VERY different than "worn". If we see sweat stains, the item stinks, there's dirt or mud, etc. then it wasn't just "tried on".)
- The product has been modified. (Seriously, don't cut up, maim, alter, wash, etc. a product and then expect to return it. You'll get it back and we'll charge you the return shipping.)
- The product was a sale item.
- No receipt/proof of purchase was provided.
In these circumstances, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your purchase is being returned to you and it will include an invoice for the return shipping.
If you don't want to pay shipping three times, don't send us an item that we won't accept as a return.
Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is returned for being a serious defect or mess up on our part. We will work with you if it's our fault, so please let us know as quickly as possible if there is a problem.
You must ship using a trackable postal service. We cannot guarantee your return/exchange will get to us, so this will give you peace of mind in knowing where your return is.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to include this in the return shipping box or include an image of it in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also need to provide us with the tracking number when you mail the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we are rejecting the return and for what reason, along with an invoice for the shipping cost back to you.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will exchange a product if it is the wrong size or if we messed up and sent you the wrong product or size. If you ordered the wrong product, size, etc. you are responsible for return shipping costs. If it was our mistake and we sent you the wrong product, size, etc. we will cover the return shipping costs. Make sure you are ordering the right size for you. If you're unsure of the fit of a product contact us. The same rules for exchanges apply as returns. Read again above for reasons we won't accept an exchange. Include your receipt/proof of purchase in your shipping box or email.
If you have an item that is defective from a manufacturer mistake, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund you the return shipping costs, minus the original shipping, if it is a manufacturer defect.
*** Pre-ordered items can only be exchanged if the product you are exchanging for is in stock. Once again, e-mail us so we can make sure we have what you need in stock before you ship anything back to us. (Make SURE you're ordering the right product or item to avoid this kind of process, though.)
